Shipping Information: Dad’s Super Pawn follows strict policies for shipping firearms to ensure compliance with all Federal gun laws. We will ship firearms only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. These policies are not open to debate.

Handguns and Long Guns: We ship within the Continental United States and to approved states only. No exceptions. (See below.) Alaska residents please call or email us for a shipping quote. All Handguns are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at the rate of $35.00 insurance included. All Long Guns are shipped via USPS Ground at the rate of $35.00 insurance included.

Dad’s Super Pawn transfers firearms to other FFL holders within the United States with the following exceptions: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, U.S. Trust Territories, or any location where it is not legal for you to possess the specific firearm you are interested in based on your local laws. Under no circumstances will we ship firearms to the State of California primarily due to the CFLC policy in place and administered by the California Department of Justice (CA DOJ). We are unwilling to process the extra paperwork and storage of information required by California as it is already covered by the Federal Laws we adhere to.

We must have a copy of the recipient’s FFL before we begin the shipping process. Guns are shipped within 1-2 working days of receiving payment and FFL (except weekends) in the order they are received. All orders are shipped with insurance included in shipping cost. Tracking Numbers are provided at time of shipment via e-mail.

It is your responsibility to determine if the items purchased are legal in your area. Know your Local and State Laws! No charges to your credit card will be made until we have received the Federal Firearms License (FFL) from the place where your firearm will be shipped.

It is very important that you contact the FFL dealer before purchasing an item to verify the complete cost of the transfer, to verify the legality of the item in your area, and to make sure you qualify to pass any required background checks. You will have to fill out the required paperwork with your FFL. Once your firearm arrives at your FFL dealer they will notify you. It is important that you inspect the firearm at your FFL dealer to make sure there was no shipping damage or any other issue. Contact our sales department immediately if there is a problem.

Please note that your FFL dealer will charge a small fee at the time of the transfer. This fee amount is up to the dealer, but is typically between $15 and $60. If for some reason your FFL dealer is unable to accept the firearm you may be accessed up to a 15% restocking fee.
