General Merchandise
With the exception of firearms, all merchandise purchased in-store is sold “as-is” and are subject to a return or exchange on an item-by-item basis. Items purchased in our online store that were previously owned are sold as-is, and were tested for functionality (where applicable) before being shipped. All items sold online are not eligible for returns.
Firearms
Dad’s Super Pawn offers a lifetime warranty on the sale of all NEW firearms with a few exceptions. A select number of warranties are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer. Our firearms warranty covers manufacturer defects and issues, but does not cover normal wear and tear or owner neglect and abuse.
Layaways
Dad’s Super Pawn offers layaway services on in-store items only. You can layaway reserve any item available for sale, including firearms. The layaway terms are one-third (1/3) down and 90 days to finalize purchase. In the event that you have to cancel your layaway, we access a 15% restocking fee. Please talk to one of our sales professionals about your layaway options.
